Our Employer Incentive Program works with local, southern Indiana employers to find talented, out-of-state workers to relocate to southern Indiana. With 8 counties to choose from, our communities have a lot to offer for your next adventure.

Our Employee Incentive Program requires interested individuals to secure a job in one of our counties with a participating employer before they are eligible to receive the $5,000 moving incentive.

Program Requirements*

Must commit to living in southern Indiana for two (2) years​

Must currently reside outside the state of Indiana

Must be willing to move to Southern Indiana within 6 months

Must have a minimum salary of $50,000
